Heights Park decorates the northern view of Richardson Heights and the peripheral of Arapahoe Heights to the east. Cottonwood Creek separates this neighborhood from its western neighbor as the western boundary. It takes a sharp turn to the east at Parkview Circle and turns back north at North Floyd Road. The western edge meets the northern perimeter at West Arapaho Road. This border houses the HVAC Alternative DFW and transitions to the eastern community boundary via the street after North Lindale Lane. You’ll pass Pathway Hospice and Premier Diamonds. The perimeter takes a detour east behind Minerva Consulting before heading back south until Greenleaf Drive. The road then shifts to houses along Rustic Circle. Once you hit the corner house, you’ll continue to coast through Rustic Circle curve back toward Custer Road. Head south and turn west on Inge Drive which will connect to North Lindale Lane. Head further south and make another turn toward the west at West Belt Line Road.
